Senior Program Manager

ALL REALTRUCK Career seeks a Senior Program Manager for our Loch Alpine, Washtenaw County office. In this full-time role, you'll shepherd high-impact initiatives through every stage, from initial conception to successful market launch, leading teams and ensuring organizational objectives are met on schedule and within scope.

What This Role Involves

This Senior Program Manager position centers on stewarding complex, multi-phase programs that drive business value. You'll oversee Program Management Office operations, maintain visibility across program portfolios, and ensure all moving parts align with strategic goals. Your primary focus will be keeping programs healthy, on track, and positioned for successful delivery in the real truck industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate across multiple departments to advance program initiatives through defined phases and gates
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules with clear milestones, accountability measures, and resource allocation
• Evaluate program readiness before each major launch window, identifying potential obstacles and contingency plans
• Develop comprehensive reports for executive review, translating program metrics into clear business narratives for decision-makers
• Manage formal stage-gate reviews, ensuring teams meet quality standards and compliance requirements before moving forward
• Bridge communication gaps between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership to eliminate roadblocks
• Track program health metrics and adjust tactics as circumstances evolve to protect delivery outcomes
• Manage risk registers, documenting threats and mitigation strategies throughout program cycles

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of program delivery experience with demonstrated success at the senior level
• Proven track record managing PMO teams or program delivery organizations
• Deep expertise in project scheduling, resource management, and risk mitigation
• Exceptional communication ability, especially when presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
• Hands-on experience facilitating formal gate reviews or stage-gate governance processes
• Comfortable leading distributed or matrix-structured teams across organizational boundaries
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) a strong plus
