Licensed Mental Health Clinician (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, BCBA)

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based clinical assessment and behavioral consultation to children and adults with developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each client's goals and needs
• Conduct direct clinical sessions and behavioral interventions in collaboration with care teams
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on outcome data
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
• Consult with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

What We're Looking For

• Active, valid licensure as a PsyD (psychologist), LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), LMFT (licensed marriage and family therapist), or BCBA (board-certified behavior analyst)
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based clinical environment
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Bilingual fluency is valued and may qualify for additional compensation

Compensation and Schedule
