Plaisio Computers S.A. is hiring a Buyer to join our procurement team in Magoula, Attica, Greece. This is a full-time position managing supplier relationships and purchasing operations for our technology retail operations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to take ownership of our purchasing functions and vendor management. In this role, you will drive procurement strategy, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure we secure the right products at competitive prices whilst maintaining quality standards. You'll work with internal stakeholders across operations and sales to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimise our supply chain. This is an ideal opportunity for a procurement professional ready to make an impact within Greece's leading computer and electronics retailer.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers; negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Manage purchase orders, monitor order status, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Analyse supplier performance and quality metrics; address issues and implement improvements
• Forecast product demand in collaboration with sales and operations teams
• Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation
• Monitor market conditions and pricing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Liaise with internal teams to clarify specifications and resolve delivery or quality concerns

What You Bring

• Proven experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Greek
• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyse cost data and identify value-for-money opportunities
• Organised approach to managing multiple supplier relationships and timelines
• Knowledge of technology products and retail supply chains is an advantage
