Visual Merchandiser Stores

Plaisio Computers S.A. is hiring a Visual Merchandiser for our stores in Athens, Attica, Greece. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape the in-store experience and drive sales through compelling visual displays and product presentation.

Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging product displays across our retail locations. Your work directly influences customer perception, shopping behavior, and sales performance. You'll collaborate with store management and the merchandising team to ensure our stores reflect current promotions, seasonal themes, and brand standards while showcasing our electronics and computer products in their best light.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and install product displays, window arrangements, and promotional setups across store floors
• Ensure visual consistency with company branding and merchandising guidelines
• Monitor and refresh displays regularly to highlight new stock, promotions, and seasonal offerings
• Work with store staff to coordinate product placement and maintain organized, attractive store sections
• Analyze customer flow and product visibility to optimize display effectiveness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all visual areas
• Support inventory management and stock rotation for displayed items

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or similar role
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles
• Ability to use basic tools and safely work at heights
• Excellent attention to detail and eye for aesthetics
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with store teams
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift materials
• Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demands
