Role Overview

As a Managed Services Solutions Specialist at Phoenix Software, you will be the primary point of contact for managed services clients, ensuring they receive optimal value from their solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring service excellence, identifying opportunities for solution expansion, and resolving complex technical and operational challenges that arise within managed service engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee managed services delivery to assigned clients, ensuring service levels and contractual commitments are consistently met
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Phoenix Software's technical and support teams
  • Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to clients
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within managed service environments
  • Design and implement solutions tailored to client requirements and business objectives
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding system health, performance, and recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities across multiple client accounts
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client configurations, agreements, and service specifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing or delivering managed services or similar enterprise solutions
  • Strong technical foundation in software systems, infrastructure, or IT operations
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
  • Experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance monitoring
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple client priorities
