About This Position

Your Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads within your designated territory or account base
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored solution presentations to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and map them to Phoenix Software's data protection solutions
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate new business
What You Bring
- Proven track record in B2B software or solutions sales, ideally within security, compliance, or data protection
- Strong understanding of data protection principles, regulatory frameworks, and customer pain points in this space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to manage your own time and pipeline effectively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales processes
- Based in or willing to work from the Pocklington area or nearby locations
