Key Responsibilities
- Design and recommend infrastructure solutions aligned with client business objectives and technical constraints
- Lead infrastructure assessments, identifying optimisation opportunities across systems, performance, security, and cost
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and knowledge transfer
- Provide technical guidance on cloud adoption, migration strategies, and infrastructure modernisation
- Develop infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and best-practice frameworks for client teams
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges and mentor junior technical staff
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging infrastructure technologies and industry standards
What You Bring
- Significant hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or virtualisation technologies
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, security, and system administration principles
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, containerisation, and automation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or equivalent) are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships professionally
