Role Overview

In this leadership position, you'll own end-to-end account management for strategic clients, bridging sales strategy with operational excellence. You'll report directly to senior sales leadership, managing a territory of key accounts whilst mentoring junior team members and developing scalable account strategies. This is a full-time, office-based role based in Karachi that combines frontline client relationships with strategic account planning to maximise client lifetime value and revenue retention.

Core Duties

• Lead relationship management across a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, ensuring satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and contract renewals
• Develop and execute customised account strategies aligned with client objectives and Delivery Hero's capabilities
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and product teams to resolve account issues and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive revenue growth through identifying expansion opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business within your territory
• Build and mentor a small account management team, providing guidance on client engagement and performance standards
• Maintain accurate account forecasts, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting to leadership
• Represent Delivery Hero in strategic client meetings and industry forums across Karachi and beyond

Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, sales leadership, or client-facing roles within logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or B2B services
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and delivering measurable commercial results
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience building and coaching sales or account management teams
• Fluency in English; Urdu and additional regional languages are advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan for key client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
