Account Manager SMB Spain (They/She/He)

Delivery Hero is hiring an Account Manager SMB Spain (They/She/He) for our sales team based in Madrid, ES. This is a remote contract position focused on building and managing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses across the Spanish market.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager in our SMB division, you'll be the primary point of contact for our restaurant and merchant partners across Spain. You'll drive account growth, ensure partner success, and support the expansion of Delivery Hero's presence in the small business segment. Working remotely from Madrid, you'll combine consultative sales expertise with hands-on account management to help our SMB clients thrive on our platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts as the key relationship owner
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing partner accounts
• Guide new merchants through onboarding and implementation on the Delivery Hero platform
• Respond to partner inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong account health
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke solutions for SMB needs
• Track account performance metrics and communicate progress to partners regularly
• Cultivate long-term partnerships that drive retention and revenue expansion

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in account management or SMB sales, particularly in hospitality, food service, or technology sectors
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales capabilities
• Ability to work independently and self-manage in a fully remote environment
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales processes
• Genuine interest in supporting independent businesses and understanding SMB challenges
