Coordinator Vendor

Delivery Hero is seeking a Coordinator Vendor to join our Sales team in Salmiya, KW. In this full-time role, you'll be the bridge between our internal operations and our growing network of restaurant and merchant partners, helping to drive strong relationships that fuel our business growth.

Position Summary

As a Coordinator Vendor at Delivery Hero, you'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of vendor partnerships and ensure seamless collaboration across our merchant network. You'll manage communication channels, support vendor onboarding, track partnership performance, and resolve operational challenges. This is an ideal opportunity to make a direct impact on Delivery Hero's expansion and vendor success in the Kuwait market.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage vendor communications and maintain productive relationships with restaurant and merchant partners
• Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all platform requirements and documentation
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the sales and management teams
• Address vendor inquiries and troubleshoot operational issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate vendor events, training sessions, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain and update vendor databases and relationship records
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support departments to optimize the vendor experience

Skills & Qualifications

• Background in vendor management, account coordination, or related roles
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous
• Competency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and database management
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team setting
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality and detail
• Interest in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industries preferred
