Sales Field Representative

Join Delivery Hero as a Sales Field Representative based in Chalkida, Greece, in a full-time position driving growth and building relationships with restaurant and merchant partners in your territory.

About the Role

This is an on-the-ground sales opportunity with Delivery Hero, one of Europe's leading online food and delivery platforms. Working from our Chalkida office, you'll be the face of Delivery Hero in your local market, developing new business relationships and strengthening partnerships with existing restaurant and merchant clients. You'll combine direct face-to-face engagement with strategic sales thinking, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring partners succeed on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new restaurant and merchant partners within your assigned territory
• Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations to showcase platform features and demonstrate value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide onboarding support and training to new partners on platform tools and best practices
• Gather market feedback and report on local competitive landscape and partner needs
• Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements accurately and on time
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and escalate complex concerns

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in field sales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Driven by targets and results, with a competitive mindset and positive attitude
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Local knowledge of Chalkida and surrounding region is advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and reliable personal transport essential
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages a plus
• Comfort with CRM systems and basic digital tools
