Role Overview
As Quality Assurance Senior Specialist at Delivery Hero, you'll take ownership of quality standards across our platform, ensuring every customer interaction meets our exacting standards. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh that combines technical expertise with strategic quality leadership and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across web, mobile, and backend systems
- Lead test automation initiatives and maintain test automation frameworks
- Conduct manual testing for complex user workflows, edge cases, and critical paths
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment
- Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to define quality requirements
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members on testing best practices
- Track and report on quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness
- Participate in sprint planning and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational testing protocols
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a QA specialist or similar role with demonstrated growth into senior responsibility
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and quality assurance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting languages
- Ability to perform both manual and automated testing across multiple platforms and browsers
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management platforms
- Clear communication skills and ability to document test results and defects effectively
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving approach
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
