About This Position

This is a comprehensive graduate development programme designed to accelerate your career in purchasing and controlling functions. The PreMaster Programm combines classroom-based learning with hands-on project work, exposing you to multiple business areas within Bosch Group's global operations. You'll gain exposure to procurement strategy, cost management, supplier relationships, and financial oversight whilst building professional networks and foundational expertise in these critical business disciplines.

Your Responsibilities

• Support purchasing initiatives including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation support, and procurement process optimization
• Contribute to controlling activities such as budget analysis, cost reporting, and financial forecasting
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform procurement and controlling decisions
• Participate in cross-functional projects spanning purchasing, controlling, and operations teams
• Document findings and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Develop process improvements through structured problem-solving and project delivery

Skills & Qualifications

• Completed studies or recent degree in business, economics, engineering, accounting, or related field
• Fluency in English; German language skills valued
• Strong analytical capability and comfort working with business data and spreadsheets
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to diverse audiences
• Structured approach to problem-solving and self-directed learning
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn from experienced professionals
