Position Summary

The PreMaster programme is a full-time graduate scheme designed to prepare emerging talent for senior roles in business development and product management. Over the course of this programme, you'll rotate through key departments, gaining exposure to Bosch's diverse portfolio and competitive markets. You'll work on live projects alongside experienced mentors, developing commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and practical product development expertise. Your Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives by analysing market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
• Contribute to product strategy and lifecycle management, from concept through commercialisation
• Conduct market research and customer insights to inform go-to-market approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to execute strategic projects
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Develop financial models and business cases for new opportunities and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German language proficiency is a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multicultural, matrix environments
• Commercial mindset with genuine interest in business development and product strategy
