IN_RBIN_Senior Engineer – Project Manager

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior Engineer – Project Manager to join our engineering team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll lead complex technical projects and drive operational excellence across our manufacturing and engineering operations.

What This Role Involves

As Senior Engineer – Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical engineering projects whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You'll combine deep technical knowledge with strategic project leadership, serving as the bridge between engineering teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Your ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential to success in this role based in Bengaluru.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resource allocation whilst maintaining quality standards
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration and driving technical excellence
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency strategies to keep initiatives on track
• Communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across project workflows
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in engineering project management or senior technical roles
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on schedule
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Technical expertise in manufacturing, industrial processes, or automotive engineering preferred
• Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement frameworks
