Your Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimise SAP Global Trade Services modules to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Process and verify import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt processes to meet evolving customs and trade compliance requirements
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to streamline cross-border transactions
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve trade-related queries, and provide technical support to end users
• Generate reports on trade activities, tariff classifications, and compliance metrics
• Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working with SAP Global Trade Services (SAP-GTS) in a professional setting
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and tariff classification
• Experience with import and export processes, documentation, and compliance workflows
• Technical proficiency in SAP systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
