Bosch Group is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator for our office in Santa Fe, Ciudad de México. In this full-time position, you'll be the organizational backbone of our team, managing schedules, communications, and administrative processes that keep our operations running smoothly.

As an Administrative Coordinator at Bosch Group, you'll play a vital role in supporting our management team and employees across multiple departments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members and executives
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication
• Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain organized filing systems and digital records in accordance with company procedures
• Coordinate logistics for office events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed
• Support human resources and administrative functions across the organization
• Track inventory, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth operations of administrative systems
• Assist with data entry, database management, and administrative documentation

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Spanish and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software platforms
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
