Role Overview
You'll play a critical part in our accounting and settlement workflow, managing inbound billing inquiries and processing invoicing transactions. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile inbound billing documents and settlement requests
- Record transaction details accurately in accounting systems
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding invoice status and payment terms
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and account irregularities
- Prepare settlement reports and verify account balances
- Respond to billing inquiries in English and Korean as needed
- Maintain organized records of all billing and settlement activity
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
Who We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Korean (bilingual preference required)
- Experience or familiarity with billing, accounting, or settlement operations
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
