Lead Store Advisor, NorthPark Center

Join On's retail team as a Lead Store Advisor in Dallas, where you'll elevate store performance at our NorthPark Center location. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Store Advisors, drive sales results, and help shape an exceptional retail experience.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to step into a leadership position where your decisions directly impact store success and team development. As Lead Store Advisor, you'll mentor Store Advisors, execute On's operational standards, and build authentic connections with customers visiting our Dallas location. You'll grow your leadership capabilities while contributing strategic ideas that strengthen our NorthPark Center presence in the Dallas market.

Your Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise Store Advisors, fostering a customer-centered mindset and professional development within the team
• Embody and communicate On's brand values consistently in every customer interaction and internal collaboration
• Oversee inventory processes including purchase orders, stock replenishment, and accuracy checks to meet customer demand
• Develop and maintain visually compelling merchandising displays that reflect On's design standards and showcase products effectively
• Serve as the operational liaison between store leadership, IT support, and facility management on product flow and system performance
• Conduct team training on back-of-house procedures and ensure adherence to operational best practices
• Contribute ideas for in-store events, product displays, and community engagement activities that enhance brand visibility
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on company initiatives, including sustainability commitments and athlete stories

Skills & Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in retail operations, sales, or customer-focused business environments
• At least one year of demonstrated leadership, whether managing people, directing projects, or leading performance initiatives
• Experience or strong passion for outlet, running, athletic, or fashion retail environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and connect authentically with customers
• A keen eye for visual presentation and a commitment to maintaining high merchandising standards
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as operational needs require
