Store Advisor, NorthPark Center

On is hiring a Store Advisor at our NorthPark Center location in Dallas. In this full-time role, you'll create memorable shopping experiences and support our retail operations with dedication and authenticity.

About This Position

As a Store Advisor, you're central to bringing On's brand to life on the store floor. Reporting to your Store Leader, you'll focus on delivering personalized service rooted in our customer-centered approach. This position blends customer engagement with operational excellence, ensuring every customer interaction reinforces brand loyalty and leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Create individualized shopping experiences for each customer, grounded in our customer-first philosophy and brand values
• Listen to customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Process incoming inventory by unpacking, organizing, and shelving products to maintain efficient stock levels
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all health and safety requirements
• Manage daily merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves and updating product displays
• Generate ideas for in-store activations, community partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives
• Build a collaborative and positive atmosphere with your team through mutual respect and support
• Uphold high service standards and demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions
• Champion new approaches and store improvements to drive business success

Who We're Looking For

• At least one year of professional experience in retail, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
• Demonstrated understanding of service excellence and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Readiness to offer constructive feedback and ideas to strengthen store operations and customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduling requires
