Network Engineer

Position Summary

Join Woongjin, Inc as a Network Engineer and take ownership of our network infrastructure. In this contract position based in Plano, TX, you'll design, implement, and maintain robust network systems that keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in networking will directly impact our business performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and deploy network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and cloud connectivity solutions
• Monitor network performance and security to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and related network equipment
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation and establish system baselines
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement network upgrades and optimize existing systems
• Support network users and respond to connectivity issues with timely solutions
• Ensure network security policies and procedures are followed across all infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with network administration and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security protocols
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking hardware and tools
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
• Clear communication abilities and strong attention to technical documentation
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team
