Woongjin, Inc seeks a Logistics Senior Coordinator with bilingual Korean and English proficiency to support our operations in Plano, TX. This contract position plays a critical role in coordinating logistics activities and facilitating communication across our supply chain network.

As a Logistics Senior Coordinator at Woongjin, Inc, you'll bridge English and Korean-language communications while managing day-to-day logistics coordination. You'll work at the intersection of supply chain operations and administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. Your bilingual capabilities will be essential in working with Korean-speaking vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders, while your logistics expertise ensures efficient operations.

Core Duties

• Coordinate logistics activities and supply chain operations to meet company objectives
• Facilitate communication between English and Korean-speaking team members, vendors, and partners
• Manage shipping documentation, tracking, and coordination of shipments
• Support inventory management and logistics planning initiatives
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
• Prepare and review logistics-related documentation and reports
• Assist with customs documentation and international logistics procedures as needed
• Support senior team members in strategic logistics projects and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Korean and English, written and spoken
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or related administrative roles
