Director, Duals Strategy

Centene Corporation is seeking a Director of Duals Strategy to join our leadership team in France. This full-time role focuses on advancing our enterprise-wide strategy for dual-eligible members and driving innovation within this critical segment of our healthcare portfolio.

About This Position

As Director of Duals Strategy, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and innovation of our dual-eligible healthcare programs. Working with product teams and market leaders across Centene, you will shape policies, establish priorities, and guide the development of dual-eligible product lines designed to serve the millions of members we support. This position plays a central role in positioning Centene as a market leader in dual-eligible care management and program design.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic and business plans for dual-eligible programs, coordinating across product organizations and regional markets to define priorities, policies, and operational procedures.
• Identify and lead innovation initiatives, including new partnership models and competitive offerings, to strengthen Centene's position in the dual-eligible space and enhance member value.
• Oversee strategic projects aligned with state and federal program objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance and assigning clear accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape federal and state policy positions affecting dual-eligible product lines and advocacy efforts.
• Participate in cross-functional matrix teams to evaluate business opportunities, address operational challenges such as network expansion and provider relations, and contribute to integrated financial and marketing strategies.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with shared service partners, key stakeholders across the business unit, and enterprise leadership to ensure alignment and execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, business, or comparable discipline (required); advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, strategy, or related professional roles.
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams and coordinating large, cross-functional projects in complex organizational environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
