Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the sustainable building sector based in Munich. Through our 12-month trainee program, you will learn all aspects needed to execute professional renovation projects:

• Advise clients on their renovation projects and present service offerings
• Provide information and support to colleagues in energy consulting
• Plan implementation together with trade partners and contractors
• Ensure smooth execution and completion of renovation projects
• Work with high-quality leads without cold acquisition requirements

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiasm for real estate and energy-efficient renovation
• Completed vocational training or university degree
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, or trades is a plus
• Open approach to clients and ability to communicate effectively with contractors
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Team player mentality contributing to office success
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) to communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong interest in project management, sales thinking, and varied daily work
