Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Deliver large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes, acting as Product Owner in agile settings
• Manage projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, workplace solutions, and cloud infrastructure
• Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives and recommend appropriate technical approaches
• Coordinate large cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder interfaces
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
• Advance project management methodology toolsets and provide mentorship to PM colleagues as part of senior-level technical leadership responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of IT project management experience with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
• Strong proficiency in agile or classical project methodologies, ideally supported by certification (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist)
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding IT projects across websites, intranets, applications, digital submission systems, or specialized business applications
• Aptitude for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with awareness of emerging business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate all levels of project organization and convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
