Wir suchen für unseren Mandanten – eine etablierte Organisation im Bereich digitale Verwaltungslösungen – einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager (all genders) am Standort Köln. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie anspruchsvolle Digitalisierungsprojekte mit gesellschaftlicher Relevanz, insbesondere im Kontext Migration und Inneres.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung komplexer IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit mit Fokus auf Verwaltungsdigitalisierung
- Verantwortung für Scope, Time, Budget, Qualität und Risikomanagement in agilen oder hybriden Projektumgebungen
- Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams in verschiedenen technologischen Kontexten – von Fachanwendungen über Content-Management-Systeme bis zu individuellen IT-Lösungen
- Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in tragfähige IT-Lösungen und Begleitung von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live
- Beratung bei Fragestellungen rund um digitale Transformation und Identifikation von Weiterentwicklungspotenzialen
Was wir suchen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Entwicklungs- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten mit eigenständiger Ende-zu-Ende-Steuerung
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams mit sicherer Verantwortungsübernahme für alle Projektdimensionen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Digitalisierungsprojekten der öffentlichen Verwaltung und/oder fachlicher Bezug zu Migration und Inneres
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und souveränes Kommunikationsgeschick auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen der Projektorganisation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler und/oder klassischer Projektmethoden; Erfahrung mit skalierten agilen Frameworks oder hybriden Set-ups von Vorteil
- Relevante Projektmanagement- oder Agile-Zertifizierung erwünscht (z.B. PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum PSM/PSPO)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
