Senior Sales Manager Bildungsverwaltung (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public-sector technology client seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and execution in the education administration sector. In this role, you will:

• Identify and develop new opportunities with education administration clients in the public sector, managing key accounts and strategic relationships
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, actively driving new project generation and business development initiatives
• Create compelling proposals and presentations in close collaboration with bid management and delivery teams
• Own pricing strategy, quality management oversight, and coordination of interdisciplinary proposal teams
• Contribute to the management and expansion of major framework contracts
• Support and develop sales and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Passion and enthusiasm for digitalization and transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of education administration themes, stakeholders, and customer needs in the public sector
• Extensive experience in sales, consulting, or agency environments with a track record in public sector engagements
• High IT affinity and genuine interest in emerging technologies
• Confident presence with a strong sense of initiative and self-direction
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and respond to customer needs
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development
• Existing network within education administration is a strong plus
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
