Senior Sales Manager Bildungsverwaltung (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions provider in the public sector. As Senior Sales Manager for Education Administration, you will independently manage target customers in the public sector and take responsibility for strategic planning and execution of sales activities focused on the education sector. Part-time arrangements are welcome.

• Identify new opportunities with public education administration clients and maintain key accounts in the education sector
• Develop go-to-market strategies and actively drive generation of new projects and initiatives
• Create proposals and proposal presentations in close collaboration with bid management and delivery teams
• Own pricing decisions, cross-functional quality management, and lead interdisciplinary proposal teams
• Contribute to management and expansion of major framework contracts
• Support and develop sales and marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Strong passion and enthusiasm for digitalization and transformation initiatives
• Solid understanding of themes and customer groups within education administration
• Extensive experience in sales, consulting, or agency environments, with public sector background
• High IT affinity and genuine interest in emerging technologies
• Confident presence and high degree of personal initiative
• Communicative personality with strong sense for customer needs
• Willingness to travel as required
• Existing network in federal education administration is a plus
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
