Product Manager – Compliance

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization that builds AI-powered compliance and assurance solutions for regulated financial institutions. Our client is at the forefront of helping banks and financial services firms deploy AI safely in FCA-regulated environments, and they've been recognized with multiple industry awards for their innovative approach.

We are seeking a Product Manager – Compliance to take ownership of critical products within their Assurance portfolio. This role focuses on pre-deployment simulation and testing tools, as well as post-interaction compliance assessment systems. You will work in a dynamic regulatory environment, helping define how financial institutions govern and test AI agents across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps from problem discovery and opportunity sizing through prioritization, delivery, and launch readiness
• Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to develop an evidence-based view of market direction and urgent problem areas
• Translate customer problems into low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate assumptions early and reduce delivery risk
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to convert strategy into executable delivery plans and maintain a prioritized backlog
• Build strong relationships across engineering, commercial, customer success, and marketing functions
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity in financial services compliance and AI assurance
• Use data and metrics to inform prioritization, define product KPIs, and measure feature success

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally owning a roadmap from discovery to delivery
• Domain expertise in financial services, compliance, risk, or regulatory technology
• Experience leading stakeholder discovery and translating insights into product strategy
• Strong product judgement and clear communication skills, with confidence shaping problem spaces and defending prioritization decisions
• Analytical rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions
• Ability to build trusted relationships with engineers, designers, and senior commercial stakeholders
• Self-directed and proactive, comfortable in early-stage or ambiguous product environments
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory frameworks, Consumer Duty, or conduct risk (preferred)
• Experience with AI-powered products, analytics, or model-driven tooling (preferred)
• Exposure to pre-deployment testing, quality assurance, or compliance workflows (preferred)
