Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization at the forefront of battery analytics and energy storage solutions. Our client is building software that transforms complex battery data into actionable insights, supporting the global energy transition. They're seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their product teams in Munich on a hybrid basis.

In this role, you'll work across the entire product development cycle—from understanding user problems to shipping robust, scalable solutions. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including software and battery engineering specialists, contributing to a SaaS platform that serves customers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the feature set of a SaaS product through incremental, result-oriented development
• Implement new software components across the full stack, from backend services to API layers and customer-facing frontends
• Take ownership of features and product areas—handling refinement, implementation, and maintenance with guidance from senior engineers
• Ship code to production continuously through CI/CD pipelines while applying monitoring and observability best practices
• Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and cross-team knowledge sharing to grow your technical skills

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 1–4 years of professional experience building and running software in production environments
• Proficiency across the stack—backend technologies like TypeScript or Python, and frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or comparable alternatives
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Collaborative working style with enthusiasm for code reviews, knowledge sharing, and open feedback
• Curiosity about battery technology and energy storage (no prior exposure required)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms
• Background building RESTful APIs
• Exposure to timeseries data or data visualization tools
