Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Head of Product Marketing. In this leadership role, you will shape positioning and go-to-market strategy for the company's product offerings, serving as a strategic bridge between product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional product launches by developing and executing multi-channel launch plans that ensure internal readiness and strong market activation
• Shaping company and product positioning informed by market research, competitive analysis, and industry perspectives
• Optimizing the customer buying journey by creating a content library that delivers relevant value to prospects at each sales stage, improving conversion rates
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions in partnership with engineering and product management
• Creating high-quality sales collateral that equips the global sales organization to communicate value consistently and effectively
• Coordinating and presenting product webinars for relevant audiences alongside internal and external subject-matter experts
• Driving analyst and influencer engagement by identifying priority relationships and maximizing opportunities for meaningful interaction with firms such as Gartner and BARC
• Building strategic industry relationships while working directly with executive leadership to educate and engage industry analysts
• Bringing together cross-functional stakeholders, establishing clear priorities, and executing across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution:

• At least 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments supporting mid-market and enterprise customers
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance organizations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
• Proven track record of owning and successfully delivering at least three product or service launches from concept through execution
• Hands-on experience in technology product marketing, analyst relations, or public relations with the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create compelling content
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus given the Germany location
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to embrace AI and modern tools as productivity catalysts
