About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in Berlin who is building a high-growth product used by millions of daily active users. This is a Product Manager role for someone who wants significant ownership early in their career and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Our client operates in the digital engagement space and is expanding into new verticals. They're looking for a Product Manager who thinks like a founder, moves quickly, and owns outcomes rather than just tasks. This role offers genuine product ownership and the opportunity to directly influence the roadmap.

Location: Berlin (5 days per week in office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes of specific product initiatives from problem definition through to shipped impact
• Analyze user data independently using tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker to surface insights and drive decisions
• Contribute meaningfully to roadmap planning and product strategy, bringing ideas and challenging assumptions
• Make product decisions with incomplete information and take ownership of the results
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business development teams to ship meaningful features
• Prioritize ruthlessly and maintain a strong bias toward action and delivery
• Expand scope and responsibility based on demonstrated capability

What We're Looking For

• Founder mentality: you operate like an owner, determine what matters, and execute without waiting for direction
• Strong analytical skills: you dig into data yourself, follow threads, and surface insights others miss
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Hex, Looker or similar)
• Balance of depth and creativity: you use data to identify problems and creative thinking to solve them
• Track record of shipping product initiatives and driving measurable impact
• Excellent communication and alignment skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated impact in previous roles, whether in product management, founding a company, or related experience

Preferred Background:

• Previous startup experience, especially through growth phases
• Founder experience with a desire to focus on product
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €70,000 – €100,000 annually, plus equity participation.
