Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in London who is building AI-powered research tools for institutional investment teams. Our client serves top-tier private equity firms, professional services organizations, and consulting practices managing billions in capital deployment. They are profitable, rapidly scaling, and looking to expand their product management team from 2 to 6 members as they grow from 60 to 120 employees.

This is a high-ownership individual contributor role where you'll own the core research workflow end-to-end. You'll ship frequently—the expectation is one major feature per week—and work directly with customers including PE firms and consultancies to drive product direction and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and execution for the core research workflow from problem discovery through launch and iteration
• Join customer calls weekly with customer success and users to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements
• Partner with engineering and design to prioritize, scope, and ship MVPs quickly—focus on done, not perfect
• Drive QA and launch readiness including testing plans, bug triage, launch checklists, and iteration planning
• Keep stakeholders (founders, engineering, design, customer success) aligned through direct communication
• Demo new features on sales and customer success calls and translate feedback into immediate product priorities
• Measure impact through usage metrics, adoption curves, and feature engagement data; iterate based on findings
• Maintain shipping velocity of one major feature per week with high-quality releases and fast iteration loops

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 5+ years of product management experience shipping fast in startup or scaling company environments (weekly or monthly cadence, not quarterly)
• Proven track record building something 0→1 from problem discovery through launch, iteration, and measurable impact—you must be able to discuss specific decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes you owned end-to-end
• Strong customer engagement skills and energy for direct user interaction; you'll regularly talk to institutional clients to understand research workflows and let that shape product decisions
• Relentless execution mindset with ability to make good tradeoffs, unblock teams, move fast, and focus on MVP delivery
• Technical grounding to understand LLM pipelines, database constraints, and ability to use AI tools like Claude to prototype solutions quickly
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to write concise one-pagers and deliver compelling product demos
• Bonus: experience at high-bar companies (Amazon, Palantir, top startups) or leading consulting firms while shipping real product
• Must be London-based and work 5 days per week in office; this role involves sales calls, customer visits, and in-person collaboration

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £110,000 – £125,000 plus equity
