About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile app company that has achieved remarkable global success in the health and wellness space. Our talent team is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their self-discovery application—a platform helping users explore personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through personalized assessments and habit tracking.

This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to make a high impact in a fast-growing product with significant user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research to uncover growth opportunities within the self-improvement and EdTech space
• Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses based on data insights and user behavior
• Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments to validate strategies and drive user acquisition
• Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate the design, development, and launch of new user journeys
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize marketing workflows and campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role in a fast-paced environment with demonstrable results (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
• Strong problem-solving abilities: you identify root causes and drive solutions end-to-end
• Analytical mindset: comfortable working with product metrics, building data-driven hypotheses, and working in spreadsheets
• Fast learner: you quickly adopt new tools, particularly AI and automation platforms, to enhance efficiency
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency required
• Bonus: entrepreneurial experience, degree from a top-tier university, or interest in psychology
