About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise software organization seeking a Product Builder to join their remote team. Our client operates in the workflow orchestration and business process automation space, serving hundreds of global enterprises including major financial institutions. They are transforming into an AI-first organization and need talented individuals who can combine product thinking, user empathy, and hands-on execution to deliver meaningful impact.

This is a high-ownership role within the Enterprise & Governance product pod, focused on building the surfaces that platform administrators and Centers of Excellence rely on daily: access control, workspace management, audit features, and platform administration interfaces. You'll work directly with customers and engineering teams to shape product direction and ship improvements across the full stack.

Responsibilities

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems for administrators, CoE teams, and enterprise architects through direct collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
• Shape product direction through practical judgment, fast iteration, and focus on solving underlying problems rather than only implementing feature requests
• Prototype, build, harden, ship, and iterate on product improvements across enterprise and governance surfaces including access control, workspace and tenant management, audit and compliance features, and platform administration
• Use AI tools effectively to accelerate implementation, iteration, and learning while maintaining high quality standards
• Work closely with other builders and product strategy counterparts to turn ideas into shipped outcomes, including collaboration across platform boundaries
• Improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of how the pod delivers product end-to-end

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience shipping product directly in a software environment with hands-on delivery, not only coordinating roadmaps or requirements
• Ability to work fluidly across product thinking, user experience, and hands-on implementation
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning open-ended problems into practical next steps
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first, pod-based environment
• Strong AI-native delivery habits: effective use of AI tools for drafts and implementation while reviewing and improving output quality
• Ability to describe and shape intended user experience clearly, including flow, hierarchy, states, copy, and accessibility expectations
• Strong product and customer judgment with ability to understand user problems behind requests and make pragmatic decisions using lightweight evidence and customer feedback
• Sound technical judgment within established architecture, including ability to test builds, trace issues, understand frontend/backend boundaries, and contribute beyond pure frontend scope

Preferred:

• Experience with workflow software, orchestration, admin/platform tooling, or similarly technical product surfaces
• Experience working in small, high-autonomy pods with broad ownership across discovery, design, and delivery
• Familiarity with enterprise governance concerns: identity and access management, RBAC and permission models, multi-tenancy, audit logging, or compliance-driven requirements
• Experience designing for administrator and platform-operator personas
• Ability to capture validation learnings clearly and improve lightweight product validation practices
