Consultant- und Sales-Manager M365 (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology consultancy in Rostock seeking a Consultant and Sales Manager for Microsoft 365. In this role, you will guide clients from initial concept through successful implementation, combining consulting, sales, and solution development into a comprehensive customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions
• Identifying digitalization and automation opportunities within client organizations
• Analyzing and understanding business processes to recommend improvements
• Developing tailored solution concepts based on Microsoft 365 capabilities
• Presenting solutions and facilitating client workshops
• Preparing proposals and supporting the sales process
• Collaborating closely with technical teams and consultants
• Managing customer projects from conception through delivery

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Passion for digitalization and modern work methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, or Copilot
• Interest in customer consulting and solution sales
• Understanding of business processes and their optimization
• Strong communication skills and confident presence
• Self-motivation and initiative to drive projects forward
• German language proficiency required for client-facing work

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Knowledge of process digitalization and automation
• Background in IT sales or consulting
• Understanding of change management and end-user training
