Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements independently for enterprise clients of increasing size and complexity, from initial C-level outreach through implementation oversight
• Develop and execute business model transformations focused on sales and CRM strategy—owning delivery, not just recommendations
• Facilitate strategy workshops and steering committees at executive level
• Build methodological foundations for the enterprise consulting practice alongside leadership: offering structure, delivery standards, and quality frameworks
• Serve as strategic advisor to leadership on enterprise segment development and growth

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience at Senior Consultant level or above from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big Four strategy practices, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated track record working directly with C-suite executives and boards at companies of significant scale
• Proven ability to structure and deliver complex transformation projects independently, without requiring intensive review cycles
• Executive presence: you can command the room and influence decisions on merit, not brand reputation
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership and participation, not just compensation
• Experience in education sector or regulated training environments is valuable but not required—consulting methodology matters more than sector history
• German fluency required for client interaction; this role operates in the German-speaking market
