About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential premium consumer goods organization in Berlin that is scaling its flagship tea brand across the DACH region while simultaneously preparing to launch an exciting new skincare vertical. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Lead to drive strategic growth through authentic creator relationships and partnership development.

This is a rare opportunity to lead influencer strategy at both scaling and launch phases, reporting directly to executive leadership while mentoring a junior team member. You'll own the complete influencer lifecycle for an established tea brand and simultaneously build the foundation for a premium skincare launch in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the influencer marketing strategy for the established tea brand, driving substantial and profitable growth across DACH markets
• Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier influencers and thought leaders in health, food, and lifestyle sectors
• Coordinate strategically with internal teams to leverage networks of therapists and health professionals for functional product outreach
• Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships: outreach, onboarding, campaign execution, and performance analysis
• Lead and mentor a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, guiding daily operations and campaign execution
• Plan and execute physical and digital influencer events to deepen relationships and generate high-quality brand visibility
• Develop the strategic influencer marketing roadmap for the new premium skincare brand launching in 2026
• Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and maximize ROI while managing budgets across all influencer activities
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and influencer ecosystem developments
• Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership terms that align with brand values and business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of the DACH influencer ecosystem with proven success building creator relationships and executing impactful campaigns
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring direct reports in a marketing capacity
• Thrives in startup or high-growth environments where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution
• Skilled negotiator capable of forging strong partnerships while maintaining budget discipline
• Analytical mindset with strong data literacy; uses metrics to measure success and optimize campaigns
• Creative strategist with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Natural networker who enjoys building connections and attending industry events
• Genuine passion for tea and tea culture strongly preferred
• Native or C1-level German and fluent English required
• Available to work a minimum of four days per week from the Berlin office
