Talent Acquisition Associate at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in London. In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand and attract both active and passive candidates
• Execute initiatives to develop and automate recruiting processes
• Improve onboarding processes in collaboration with senior management
• Work closely with leadership on recruiting strategy and execution

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• Possess a UK work permit
• Demonstrate curiosity and genuine passion for understanding people
• Be comfortable speaking with individuals at all levels, from students to executives
• Have a natural ability to make people feel at ease
• Take ownership, be proactive, and follow through on commitments
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility

Prior experience in HR, marketing, sales, or other fields is welcome. Our client values drive and people skills above specific background.
