Werkstudent:in Creator Marketing (UGC / Client Services)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing European tech platform in the creator economy space. Our client connects brands with content creators at scale and is building sophisticated software to streamline social content production. They've raised significant venture capital and are expanding their client services team in Cologne.

We're looking for a working student (Werkstudent:in) to join their Creator Marketing team, focusing on UGC production and client relationship management. This is a hands-on role where you'll own client projects from kick-off to delivery, working Monday through Friday during semester time.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client communication via calls and written correspondence
• Guide projects from initial kick-off through final delivery
• Write UGC concepts, creative briefs, and content angles for social campaigns
• Coordinate with creators to ensure they understand deliverables and execute accordingly
• Ensure all projects are structured, delivered quickly, and meet quality standards
• Take ownership of client satisfaction and drive repeat business through excellent service
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and prioritization

What We're Looking For

• Experience in content creation, influencer marketing, performance marketing, or agency environments
• Strong understanding of what performs on social media platforms, particularly TikTok trends
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel with clear structure and prioritization
• Clear, direct, and confident communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
• Hands-on mentality with genuine ownership over your work
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous personal development
• Good feel for content quality and creative execution
• Availability Monday through Friday (working student schedule)
• German language proficiency required for client communication
