About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace technology client seeking a Working Student for Returns Management. This is an exciting opportunity to support repair and service coordination operations in a fast-paced technical environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth processes between customers, repair teams, and fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to arrange system and subsystem returns for repair and maintenance
• Document and control incoming and outgoing system configurations in configuration databases
• Assist in coordinating communication between customers and repair teams, monitoring repair timelines
• Manage compensation shipments in coordination with support and fulfillment teams
• Handle and monitor repair tickets in ticketing systems with structured documentation
• Stay current on new components and products to support service delivery
• Contribute to internal process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality
• Take ownership of customer complaints and escalations, driving resolution with internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying management, logistics, supply chain management, production, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with comfort working across customer-facing and internal coordination roles
• Structured and reliable working style with ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Customer-oriented and solution-driven approach, especially when handling complaints or time-critical requests
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with motivation to continuously improve processes
• Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships
• Fluent in both German and English with confident communication abilities
