Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential logistics technology organization seeking a (Senior) Consultant for Transport Processes in Würzburg. In this role, you will:
- Build long-term client partnerships by guiding projects from inception through automation implementation, working autonomously with full ownership
- Maintain and develop relationships with hardware partners to create integrated solutions and synergies for clients
- Guide clients through their process automation journey, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation
- Manage cross-manufacturer fleets and optimize logistics processes holistically, focusing on end-to-end process improvement rather than isolated task completion
What We're Looking For
- Several years of hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (EWM/WM/TLS) and practical knowledge of forklifts, tow trains, and mobile robotics in operational environments
- Strong understanding of VDA 5050 standards and the interaction between different vehicles, systems, and interfaces
- Professional fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to see beyond individual systems to comprehensive logistics optimization
