About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company that has achieved exceptional growth in the medical AI space. Our client has built a platform supporting millions of clinical sessions globally, and they need talented sales professionals to help expand their UK presence.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clinicians and healthcare practices already engaging with the product. This is a high-impact role where you'll qualify inbound interest, conduct research on healthcare organizations, and close your own deals from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound demand queue and warm product signals from clinicians and practices currently using the platform
  • Research accounts behind engagement signals to identify key stakeholders within practices and hospital groups
  • Reach out to qualified prospects via calls, email, and social channels while interest is fresh
  • Book qualified demos and meetings for Account Executives with thorough context and preparation
  • Own small SMB deals end-to-end from initial conversation through close
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and hit monthly qualified-lead targets
  • Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor UK healthcare market trends and competitive landscape, sharing insights with the broader team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in a high-performing environment such as tech, consulting, banking, creative, or PE/VC
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and AI technology; preference for learning how products work over memorizing scripts
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and get to the point efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously managing your own pipeline and follow-ups
  • Demonstrated passion for AI through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects
  • Problem-solving orientation with a bias toward building solutions rather than requesting them
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to structure problems from first principles
  • Competitive drive and hunger to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
