Werkstudent (m/w/d) Marketing & Growth

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential Berlin-based business services organization seeking a Marketing & Growth Working Student to support customer acquisition and growth initiatives. You will work across the full customer journey—from initial awareness through to sales handoff—and contribute to real projects with measurable impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Content & Social Media: Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook in text, image, and video formats. Focus on topics relevant to potential clients, including industry developments, projects, events, and service insights. Schedule posts and contribute to editorial planning.
• Paid Campaigns: Support the setup and ongoing management of paid search campaigns on Google and Bing. Monitor key metrics, document findings, and prepare optimization recommendations in collaboration with responsible stakeholders.
• Sales Enablement: Create sales and event materials including one-pagers, presentations, and event collateral. Develop templates and text modules for direct customer outreach based on defined target groups and messaging frameworks.
• Website: Support content development for the corporate website and contribute to building a structured knowledge hub. Maintain website content and prepare materials for marketing leadership approval.
• Networking & Events: Research relevant panels and networking events and prepare decision briefs for leadership review.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications/Media Management, Economics, or a comparable program
• Practical experience from internships, university projects, student initiatives, or volunteer work is a plus but not required—enthusiasm to learn is more important
• Ideally familiar with tools like Canva, AI tools, and content management systems such as WordPress
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent German language skills (C1-C2 level), with strong writing and editing ability
• Collaborative communicator comfortable working with diverse internal and external contacts
• Detail-oriented, independent, and reliable working style

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €18.50 per hour

This is a working student position (Werkstudent) based in Berlin with in-office collaboration. You'll work closely with the marketing team and have dedicated points of contact. The office is centrally located at Ku'damm with excellent public transport connections.
