Business Development Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing organization that works extensively across the entertainment sector. Our talent team is searching for a highly driven and organized Business Development Manager to join their remote team from anywhere in the world.

This is an outbound-focused role centered on building and maintaining professional relationships with industry contacts. You'll be responsible for high-volume outreach, consistent follow-up, and pipeline management using CRM systems. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, comfortable initiating conversations, and disciplined about maintaining momentum even when initial responses are slow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to industry representatives through email and social media platforms
• Write polished, professional outreach messages that are clear, natural, and personalized when appropriate
• Execute consistent follow-up sequences with contacts and advance conversations through the pipeline
• Manage a large contact database ensuring accurate tracking of outreach, follow-ups, notes, and next steps
• Utilize CRM tools to organize contacts, tasks, communication history, and overall outreach progress
• Meet measurable goals around outreach volume, follow-up completion, response rates, and relationship-building activities
• Develop and maintain long-term industry relationships to position the organization as a reliable resource
• Think strategically about outreach approaches and develop new methods to improve response rates and strengthen the network

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to craft professional, polished messages
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain systematic follow-through
• Self-motivated personality who takes initiative, meets goals, and maintains focus with minimal supervision
• Relationship-oriented mindset with genuine enjoyment of connecting with people and sustaining long-term communication
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
• Genuine interest in the entertainment industry including music, sports, film/TV, or digital media
