Employee Engagement Specialist

Responsive Group in Harbord, City of Toronto, is hiring a full-time Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team and help us make every moment matter for the people we serve.

The Opportunity

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful connections and fostering a culture of genuine care within Responsive Group. This position offers the chance to design and deliver engagement initiatives that bring our core values to life, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we support. You'll report to the Executive Director and be at the heart of our mission to ensure every interaction is purposeful and memorable.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engagement programs and activities that strengthen relationships and foster community
• Coordinate events, outings, and initiatives that create meaningful moments for those we serve
• Gather feedback from participants and team members to continuously improve engagement strategies
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure consistent, person-centred engagement practices
• Monitor and document the impact of engagement initiatives to measure success and identify opportunities for growth
• Support the Executive Director in advancing our engagement vision and organizational values
