Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is transforming how teams manage and operationalize content at scale. Our client works with global brands across e-commerce, automotive, media, and technology sectors to reimagine content infrastructure for the AI era.

We're seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their remote team in Germany. This is an opportunity to get in early with a fast-growing product, own your pipeline from day one, and help shape how conversations happen in the DACH market.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your outbound pipeline—prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and engage decision-makers in target accounts
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding business challenges and determining fit for our client's platform
• Conduct discovery conversations with technical and executive stakeholders, transitioning qualified opportunities to Account Executives
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in Salesforce and outreach tools
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, campaign strategy, and handoff processes
• Provide frontline market intelligence that informs product positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Experiment with new outreach methods and contribute to evolving the SDR playbook

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and create pipeline independently
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and business audiences—CTOs, CMOs, and product leaders
• Goal-oriented mindset with resilience in the face of rejection
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing CRM data and workflows
• Curiosity about the product you're selling and the problems it solves
• Team-first mentality with a desire to contribute beyond your individual quota
• Proactive about seeking feedback and iterating on your approach
