GTM Intern – New Products (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a fast-growing Berlin-based greentech startup, is looking for a GTM Intern to own the launch of new AI-powered products and services. You'll work directly with end users to uncover pain points, validate ideas, and drive them from concept to revenue.

• Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches within the platform—identify target segments, define positioning, test pricing models, and iterate based on real customer feedback
• Conduct daily customer conversations to surface opportunities, pressure-test concepts, and close early sales alongside the venture development team
• Own commercial strategy: determine whether commission, fixed pricing, bundles, or partner share models fit best, and validate channel viability quickly
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and external partners to keep launch initiatives on track and moving forward
• Turn insights from the field into actionable next steps—no waiting for permission, just smart experiments and fast learning

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2-level German and fluent English (required for this role)
• Previous experience bringing something to market—your own project, a campaign, or a product during an internship; outcomes matter less than initiative
• Strong ownership mentality with low tolerance for delays or bureaucracy
• Preference for customer conversations over desk research; you learn by doing
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations and resourceful in finding your own answers
• Top university background with entrepreneurial drive
• Any prior exposure to sales, growth, or product work is a plus but not essential
