Role Overview
As a Parts Advisor at Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West, you will be the essential link between our customers and our parts inventory. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where your technical knowledge and service excellence directly contribute to the dealership's success. You'll help customers find the exact components they need while maintaining our reputation for premium automotive service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, providing accurate information about Mercedes-Benz components and compatibility
- Manage parts inventory, orders, and stock levels using dealership systems
- Process customer orders and coordinate parts delivery and logistics
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer requests
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians to prioritize urgent parts needs
- Provide professional, courteous service to walk-in and telephone customers
- Stay current on Mercedes-Benz product lines, availability, and parts specifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience in a retail or automotive environment
- Basic understanding of automotive parts and vehicles, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
