(Senior) Sales Operations Manager (gn)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mobility solutions organization in their search for a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager. This is a fully remote position based in Germany.

In this role, you will be central to building and scaling a high-performing sales organization. You'll develop scalable processes, shape the CRM and sales technology landscape, and leverage automation, AI, and data-driven insights to drive efficiency and transparency. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations, you'll have significant influence over how the sales function evolves and performs. This is a role for someone who wants to build sustainable systems, not simply maintain existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and standardize sales processes across the complete customer journey, designing them for sustainable scale
• Develop and optimize the CRM and sales tool stack, particularly HubSpot, ensuring data quality and consistent adoption
• Identify automation opportunities, implement AI-supported solutions, and introduce new technologies in a structured manner
• Establish KPI frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and regular quality reviews
• Analyze conversion rates, sales cycles, deal sizes, and segment performance, translating findings into actionable improvements
• Provide Sales Leadership and team leads with clear decision-making insights and coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or process management
• Strong hands-on CRM expertise, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and forecasting
• Proven ability to design structured processes and scalable workflows
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Ownership mentality with a track record of turning ideas into reliable implementations
• Excellent German skills at C2 level and good English skills at minimum B2 level
